MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Timberland management and forestry consulting is our core business. With over 30 years in the business and a combined experience of 170 years we understand the industry and the needs of timberland owners and operators in California. We are equipped with state-of-the-art GPS & GIS systems and personnel qualified to deliver financially sound and environmentally responsible timberland management and forestry consulting services.
For each management client, we make sure we understand their needs and goals for the property, and then design and implement a management plan that works. We implement site-specific silvicultural management systems to maximize growth and schedule timber harvests to optimize returns. We practice conscientious land stewardship and adhere to the principals of sustainable forest ownership.
Timber appraisals are a component to our resource and land management services. We have experience in the inventory and valuing (appraisal) of forests and forested landscapes. These valuations often are the basis for determining management option.
